INTRODUCTION:
I am publishing this blog to create a general awareness of true leadership among humanity around the whole World. Unfortunately, the great leaders of the world have become chapters of history in the modern world.
Hope you will agree with me and will create another history by generating a healthy social and political environment by electing truly capable genius leaders full of public welfare feelings in the future around the whole World to establish the long-awaited Golden Age (Satyug) according to Hindu Mythology.
I have highlighted the changing trends of politics in the modern world. Unfortunately, I found no leader with the devoted heart to serve humanity over this Earth planet anymore in the modern world.
I respect all politicians of the world hence I do not have any malafide intention to point out any individual or political party. I can presume the bad future of politics full of imperialism and power games that may carry us to the most dangerous zone of time - 'The End of this era (Third World War )'.
I am so thankful for this blogging platform of Google to publish the feelings of my heart for the sake of the welfare of humanity on this Earth planet.

LEADERSHIP AND ITS QUALITIES:
Leadership represents the ability of an individual who directly influences and guides the Citizens of a nation for the overall betterment of present and future generations. A truly great leader knows how to inspire people and motivate them to complete the targets. Former President of United States of America - DWIGHT d. Eisenhower truly said, "Leadership is the art of getting someone else to do something you want to be done because he wants to do it."
Leadership possesses some qualities such as honesty with self-confidence, strong decision-making with the best management skills, better communication, being ready to take risks, feelings of public welfare along creative and innovative thinking. Thus leadership is the quality of a great leader's behavior with humble, honest, dedicated character.
World history has a list of famous World Leaders who inspired and helped their citizens with a most dedicated heart the feelings for their Nation's welfare. Some of the examples are given below for your observations:
1. Alexander the Great (Macedonia, 356-323 B.C.E) :
Alexander III of Macedon became an undefeated ruler in battle. He was a great military leader. We teach his tactics lessons in our military academies.
2. Qin Shi Huang (China, 259-210 B.C.E):
He was the first emperor of unified China. He united the Chinese states and established a common currency and a standardized writing style. He constructed the Great Wall of China.
3. Julius Caesar ( the Rome, 100 - 44 B.C.E.):
Julius Caesar builds Rome into a mighty empire.
4. William the Conqueror (England, 1028 - 1087 )
5. Genghis Khan ( the Mongol Empire, 1215 - 1294 )
6. Napoleon Bonaparte ( France, 1769 - 1804)

10. Mahatma Gandhi ( India, 1869 - 1948 ) :
Gandhi Ji is known as the father of the Nation. He fought against the British for civil rights and independence from British rule. He adopted the method of non-violence like Martin Luther King.
11. Vladimir Lenin (the Soviet Union, 1870- 1924):
He is well known as a champion of socialism and the poor.
12. Winston Churchill (the United Kingdom, 1874 - 1924 ) :
He was the Prime- Minister of the U.K. during World War II. He became very popular in the U.K.
13. Joseph Stalin ( The Soviet Union, 1878 - 1953 ) :
After Lenin died in 1924, Stalin took over as the leader of the Soviet Union.
14. Franklin D. Roosevelt ( The United States, 1882 - 1945 ) :
He served the U.S. successfully. His economic and social reform programs helped the country recover from the Great Depression.
15. Nelson Mandela ( South Africa, 1918 - 2013 ) :
Nelson Mandela and Mahatma Gandhi both have similar qualities. He passed 27 years of his life in imprisonment for the sake of the welfare of his people. He received the Nobel Peace Prize in 1993.
16. Mr. Lal Bahadur Shastri ( India, 1904 to 1966 ):
He served as the 2nd Prime Minister of India from 1964 - 1966 and the Home Minister of India from 1961 - 1963. He gave us the concept of the Green Revolution and bravely defeated Pakistan in the 1965 war. He is famous for his honesty.
17. Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel ( India, 1875 - 1950 ):
He served as the first Deputy Prime Minister of India and the first Home Minister of India ( 1947-1950). He was a very strict leader also known as the Iron Man of India who led the Satyagraha movement in Nagpur in 1923 against British law he stopped Privy Purse in India forcefully.
18. Dr. Rajendra Prasad ( India, 1884 - 1963) :
He was the first president of the Republic of India from 1950 to 1962. He was quite honest and capable.
19. Jawaharlal Nehru ( India, 1889 - 1964 ):
He was a secular humanist, anti-colonial, and a great nationalist of India who played a vital role in India's freedom struggle.
20. B.R. Ambedkar ( India, 1891 -1956 ):
He was a great social reformer who drafted the Constitution of India.
21. Indira Gandhi (India, 1917-1984) :
She was the third Prime Minister of India started in 1966. She was capable enough to lead the country on the way to overall development. She made the country very strong and Nationalization of Banks. She was a good social reformer.

Any person active in party politics or holding or seeking an elected office in government is a politician.
CRITICISM:
1. They have no sense of public welfare attitude and behavior.
2. Their target is just to win an election.
3. Politicians are habitual of being out of touch with the public after winning an election.
4. They speak formally with the expressions of euphemistic and metaphorical ton and are commonly perceived as an attempt to " obscure, mislead and confuse". They do not plan for the welfare of the present and the next generation.
5. Politicians are clueless, dishonest, manipulative, selfish, corrupt, and incompetent.
6. They accept the bribe, money, or favor given or promised to influence the judgment or conduct in a position of trust. Corruption starts from politicians and goes to the bottom level of government machinery while they are supposed to act welfare deeds in favor of the public free of cost.
7. They have no criteria for becoming a politician even an uneducated person can become the Prime- Minister of a country.
8. They have no age limit for retirement in politics.
9. Politicians misuse public money by taking heavy pensions, allowances & privileges as many times they win different elections in their lives separately and finish their employees' pensions, and promote privatization in all public & private sectors. They all cast their vote for a common interest like raising their pension, fund, and other allowances.
10. They misuse their powers and positions in their own and family & friends' interests.
11. Politicians and media work in combination to cheat innocent voters. Hence politicians are known for their rhetoric because, in campaign advertisements or speeches, they speak on the same theme which may easily cheat the voters. They break the law & order several times but no government agency seems serious about taking any action against them.
12. They impose heavy taxation upon daily-use commodities and fuel (petrol, diesel, gas, etc.), making the lives of poor and middle-income groups very hard.
13. They sell public properties to big industrialists at very low cost and exempt their heavy loans, putting the Union Govt . budget in high deficit and creating heavy deflation.
14. Politicians impose a heavy income tax and GST on the taxpayers and distribute this fund among their voters as free commodities, loan exemptions, and several other terms just to tempt them to win the next elections.
15. They ignore youth & senior citizens in terms of employment, education, and health and do not make any proper arrangements for senior citizens.
16. Politicians misuse the Judiciary, investigate government agencies in their favor, and blackmail the opposition to make them politically weak.
17. They lead a luxurious life and save money for the next coming 7 generations.
18. In most countries, people hate them as political professionals.

I see the horrible pictures of the future World through my third eye. The world is approaching towards third World War, and drought, floods many other types of natural disasters are all over the World. Forces are assembling in different war zones on the same pattern of Mahabharat of the Dwaper era of Hindu mythology.
Unfortunately, politicians are threatening each other. I do not see any World leader coming forward to solve this most dangerous political environment. Politicians are in search of economic and imperial gains in their country's favor.
HENCE WITH FOLDED HANDS I HUMBLY APPEAL TO ALL RESPONSIBLE WORLD POLITICIANS TO STOP THEIR WORLD WAR TO SAVE THIS BEAUTIFUL WORLD AND HUMANITY.
We should recognize the messages of God for the change in time by observing events happening around the whole world these days such as increasingly hot weather in some countries including India and the drought in 47% of Europe these days. The following rivers are badly suffering from drought these days and alarming to humanity.
(1)The Rhine main river of Europe (flows through Germany, the Netherlands, and Switzerland.),
(2) The Danube flows through 2900 km. in the middle of Europe and falls into the Black Sea.
(3) The river Tiber is 406 km. long in Italy.
(4) China's Yangtze River is 6300 K.M. long, the longest in Asia.
(5) The Colorado River in North America is responsible for supplying water to 4 crores of citizens of Denver to Los Angeles for drinking and irrigation.

1. Unfortunately if IIIrd World War starts, take this for granted there will be no IV Third World War.
2. As per a claim of the researchers of a famous American University If over 13000 nuclear warheads in different countries of the world are blasted then about 500 crores of the world population will die. CONCLUSION:
I am afraid to say the modern world has no leaders who could lead a Nation by honoring and implementing the policies related to public opinion, their needs, future prospects for coming generations, peace & prosperity, health, food, habitation facilities, education, unemployment, old age patronage, pollution-free environment, disarmaments, anti-exploitation, anti-extremism, and social welfare with world peace.

अब दुनिया के लोकतंत्र में वर्तमान में राजनेताओं के बारे में जानें:
परिभाषा:
1 और 1
- 1 और 1 अगर हम जोड़ दें, तो यह गणित है
- 1 और 1 अगर 11 बनाता है, तो यह संगठन है
- 1 और 1 रहता है 1, यही है प्यार
- 1 और 1 बनाता है 0, यही है अध्यात्मवाद
- अगर हम 1 को 1 के साथ मिलाना बंद कर दें, तो यह कूटनीति है
-अगर हम एक दूसरे को दुश्मन बनाकर 1 और 1 दोनों को नष्ट करते हैं, तो यह राजनीति हैदलीय राजनीति में सक्रिय या सरकार में निर्वाचित पद धारण करने वाला या चाहने वाला कोई भी व्यक्ति राजनीतिज्ञ होता है।
आलोचना:
1. उनमें लोक कल्याण की मनोवृत्ति और व्यवहार का कोई बोध नहीं है।
2. उनका लक्ष्य सिर्फ चुनाव जीतना है.
3. राजनेताओं को चुनाव जीतने के बाद जनता के संपर्क से बाहर रहने की आदत होती है।
4. वे औपचारिक रूप से व्यंजना और रूपक के भावों के साथ बोलते हैं और आमतौर पर उन्हें "अस्पष्ट, गुमराह और भ्रमित करने" के प्रयास के रूप में माना जाता है। वे वर्तमान और अगली पीढ़ी के कल्याण के लिए योजना नहीं बनाते हैं।
5. राजनेता अनजान, बेईमान, जोड़-तोड़ करने वाले, स्वार्थी, भ्रष्ट और अक्षम होते हैं।
6. वे विश्वास की स्थिति में निर्णय या आचरण को प्रभावित करने के लिए दी गई रिश्वत, धन, या एहसान स्वीकार करते हैं। भ्रष्टाचार राजनेताओं से शुरू होता है और सरकारी तंत्र के निचले स्तर तक जाता है, जबकि उनसे जनता के हित में मुफ्त में कल्याणकारी कार्य करने की अपेक्षा की जाती है।
7. उनके पास राजनेता बनने का कोई मापदंड नहीं है, यहां तक कि एक अशिक्षित व्यक्ति भी देश का प्रधानमंत्री बन सकता है।
8. राजनीति में सेवानिवृत्ति के लिए उनकी कोई आयु सीमा नहीं है।
9. राजनेता भारी पेंशन, भत्ते और विशेषाधिकार लेकर सार्वजनिक धन का दुरुपयोग करते हैं क्योंकि वे अपने जीवन में अलग-अलग चुनाव अलग-अलग जीतते हैं और अपने कर्मचारियों की पेंशन खत्म करते हैं और सभी सार्वजनिक और निजी क्षेत्रों में निजीकरण को बढ़ावा देते हैं। इन सभी ने अपनी पेंशन, फंड और अन्य भत्तों को बढ़ाने जैसे साझा हित के लिए अपना वोट डाला।
10. वे अपने और परिवार और दोस्तों के हितों में अपनी शक्तियों और पदों का दुरुपयोग करते हैं।
11. राजनेता और मीडिया मिलकर निर्दोष मतदाताओं को ठगने का काम करते हैं। इसलिए राजनेता अपनी बयानबाजी के लिए जाने जाते हैं क्योंकि प्रचार विज्ञापनों या भाषणों में वे उसी विषय पर बोलते हैं जो मतदाताओं को आसानी से धोखा दे सकता है। वे कई बार कानून-व्यवस्था तोड़ते हैं लेकिन कोई भी सरकारी एजेंसी उनके खिलाफ कोई कार्रवाई करने के लिए गंभीर नहीं होती है।
12. वे दैनिक उपयोग की वस्तुओं और ईंधन (पेट्रोल, डीजल, गैस, आदि) पर भारी कराधान लगाते हैं जो गरीब और मध्यम आय वर्ग के जीवन को बहुत कठिन बना देता है।
13. वे बड़े उद्योगपतियों को बहुत कम कीमत पर सार्वजनिक संपत्ति बेचते हैं और अपने भारी ऋणों से छूट देते हैं, जिससे केंद्र सरकार को परेशानी होती है। उच्च घाटे में बजट और भारी अपस्फीति पैदा करना।
14. राजनेता करदाताओं पर भारी आयकर और जीएसटी लगाते हैं और इस फंड को अपने मतदाताओं के बीच मुफ्त वस्तुओं, ऋण छूट के रूप में वितरित करते हैं, और कई अन्य शब्दों में उन्हें अगले चुनाव जीतने के लिए लुभाने के लिए वितरित करते हैं।
15. वे रोजगार, शिक्षा और स्वास्थ्य के मामले में युवाओं और वरिष्ठ नागरिकों की उपेक्षा करते हैं और वरिष्ठ नागरिकों के लिए कोई उचित व्यवस्था नहीं करते हैं।
16. राजनेता न्यायपालिका का दुरुपयोग करते हैं और अपने पक्ष में सरकारी एजेंसियों की जांच करते हैं और विपक्ष को राजनीतिक रूप से कमजोर बनाने के लिए ब्लैकमेल करते हैं।
17. वे एक शानदार जीवन जीते हैं और आने वाली 7 पीढ़ियों के लिए पैसे बचाते हैं।
18. ज्यादातर देशों में, लोग उन्हें राजनीतिक पेशेवरों के रूप में नफरत करते हैं।
और भी बहुत से कारण हैं जो आप स्वयं जानते हैं इसलिए यहाँ समझाने की आवश्यकता नहीं है।

विश्व शांति के लिए सबसे ईमानदार अपील:
मैं अपनी तीसरी आंख से भविष्य की दुनिया की भयानक तस्वीरें देखता हूं। पूरी दुनिया में दुनिया तीसरे विश्व युद्ध, सूखा, बाढ़ कई अन्य प्रकार की प्राकृतिक आपदाओं की ओर बढ़ रही है। हिंदू पौराणिक कथाओं के द्वापर युग के महाभारत के समान पैटर्न पर विभिन्न युद्ध क्षेत्रों में सेनाएं एकत्रित हो रही हैं।
दुर्भाग्य से, राजनेता एक दूसरे को धमकी दे रहे हैं। मैं इस सबसे खतरनाक राजनीतिक माहौल को सुलझाने के लिए किसी विश्व नेता को आगे आते नहीं देखता। राजनेता अपने देश के पक्ष में आर्थिक और शाही लाभ की तलाश में हैं।
इसलिए हाथ जोड़कर मैं विश्व के सभी जिम्मेदार राजनेताओं से इस खूबसूरत दुनिया और मानवता को बचाने के लिए तीसरे विश्व युद्ध को रोकने की विनम्र अपील करता हूं।
हमें इन दिनों पूरी दुनिया में हो रही घटनाओं जैसे भारत सहित कुछ देशों में बढ़ते गर्म मौसम और इन दिनों यूरोप के 47% हिस्से में सूखे को देखकर समय में बदलाव के लिए भगवान के संदेशों को पहचानना चाहिए। निम्नलिखित नदियाँ इन दिनों सूखे से बुरी तरह पीड़ित हैं और मानवता के लिए खतरनाक हैं।
(1) यूरोप की राइन मुख्य नदी (जर्मनी, नीदरलैंड और स्विटजरलैंड से होकर बहती है।),
(2) डेन्यूब 2900 किमी से होकर बहती है। मध्य यूरोप में काला सागर में गिरता है।
(3) टीबर नदी इटली में 406 किमी लंबी है।
(4) चीन की यांग्त्ज़ी नदी 6300 K.M है। लंबा जो एशिया में सबसे लंबा है।
(5) उत्तरी अमेरिका में कोलोराडो नदी डेनवर के 4 करोड़ नागरिकों को पीने और सिंचाई के लिए लॉस एंजिल्स में पानी की आपूर्ति करने के लिए जिम्मेदार है।
अन्यथा
नीचे बताए गए बाद के प्रभावों का सामना करने के लिए तैयार रहें:
1. दुर्भाग्य से अगर तीसरा विश्व युद्ध शुरू होता है तो इसे मान लें कि चौथा विश्व युद्ध नहीं होगा।
2. एक प्रसिद्ध अमेरिकी विश्वविद्यालय के शोधकर्ताओं के एक दावे के अनुसार अगर दुनिया के अलग-अलग देशों में 13000 से अधिक परमाणु हथियार विस्फोट हो जाते हैं तो दुनिया की लगभग 500 करोड़ आबादी मर जाएगी। ऊपरी सीमा चक्र काला हो जाएगा इसलिए सूर्य का प्रकाश पृथ्वी पर नहीं पहुंचेगा जो फसलों को बर्बाद कर देगा। ज्यादातर लोग भूख से मरेंगे। मौसम ठंडा हो जाएगा और आपको हर जगह बर्फ दिखाई देगी।
