TRUE YOGA AND ABOUT ME AS YOGACHARYA DEFINITION OF TRUE YOGA: Rishi Patanjali of ancient India defined Yoga as the spiritual process of controlling our mind to take decisions in life in the right direction to make our lifestyle happiest forever. Yoga is a pure Indian concept that means the integration of mind, body, and soul. Patanjali gave us the concept of Ashtanga Yoga which has eight steps such as Yam, Niyam, Aasan, Pranayam, Pratyahara, Dharana, Dhyan    (meditation), and Samadhi.  Yoga is necessary for those who wish to live sickness free and are devoted to taking an oath to make yoga a part of their life by heart. Yoga is the process of avoiding materialistic life. Yoga makes us live for others. Yoga diverts our life from animal to human. Yoga is sacrifice.
